Medical Screening for High Blood Pressure
If you have high blood pressue you have an increased risk of heart attacks, strokes and angina and assocaited conditions such as high cholestrol. We will therefore need to determine the severity of your condition. When you get to section 4 in our booking process you will be asked a number of questions. These questions are really straightforward. You will then be given a quote for any additional premium (cost), to include high blood pressure insurance on your policy.
At this point you can accept the additional premium, which will then mean once you have paid you are covered for your hypertension. You can also decide to decline the additional cover at this point, which would mean that you will still be covered for standard medical cover, but would not be covered for anything related to high blood pressure.
