Over 65 Travel Insurance

We provide travel insurance for over 65's giving you the freedom to travel in confidence that your insurance cover reflects your needs. Travelers over 65 can still take advantage of our annual travel insurance with trip durations of up to 31 days at a time when traveling in Europe.

Our over 75's travel insurance, up to age 80, provides single trip cover to Europe or Worldwide for up to 17 consecutive days.

Medical Emergency and Repatriation Cover

Our Single Trip and Annual Multi Trip holiday insurance policies will cover you for repatriation back to the UK and emergency medical expenses, including hospital expenses, in-patient and out-patient medical treatment and charges for medical transportation to the nearest hospital abroad. Just contact our 24 hour Medical Emergency hotline, where at any point during your trip you can contact Medical Assistance experts who will offer you immediate help and advice.

Over 65's travel insurance policies we offer are as follows:

  • Aged between 65-75?
    We offer Single Trip Policies for up to 91 consecutive days for Europe and Worldwide travel. Annual Multi Trip Policies (Europe only) for a total of 183 days abroad per year (31 days per trip). Both available on our Standard and Super Policies.
  • Aged between 76-80?
    We offer Single Trip Policies on our Standard and Super cover for up to 17 consecutive days Europe and Worldwide.

You are automatically covered for over 63 activities on our policies. These include Hiking & Trekking, Fishing, Camel and Elephant Riding, Safari (no guns), yachting plus more.

I have a Pre Existing Medical Condition, can I still get cover?

Don't worry if you have a pre-existing medical condition because we offer a simple online screening process on all our cheap travel insurance for the over 65s. Just Click Here or call our medical screening on 0845 618 0344, where after answering some simple questions you will see if your medical condition can be covered and if there is an additional premium to pay. Then to take out this extra cover make the payment and then make sure you continue with your core travel insurance booking with us.

* If your cover does not meet your requirements, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your policy schedule and if requested return all your documents for a refund of your premium. If during this 14 day period you have travelled, made a claim or intend to make a claim then we can recover all costs that you have used for those services. Please note that your cancellation rights are no longer valid after this initial 14 day period.
