Resort Nanny

Although it is possible to find short term placements for student nannies on resorts it is usual to be qualified to NNEB, BTEC or NVQ3 level. The minimum age is 19. The positions are ideal for newly qualified nannies or those with childcare experience wanting a challenge. Some resorts require nannies for children aged between 4 or 5 years for their resorts crèche with older children going to other clubs.

You will report to the Nanny/Childcare Manager and either be working in the resorts nursery or in private chalets during the day. You may also be asked to assist Chalet Hosts during busy periods. In fact you may find that for one day a week you are assisting another colleague or driving to the airport. It is not always necessary to speak a foreign language.
