EHIC forms are available at the Post Office, replacing the old E111 form. They are very easy to complete and give you access to some free or reduced cost treatments in many E U countries. A seperate form is required for each member of the family and those that have completed an EHIC receive in the post an EHIC card. Some travel insurance policies have a requirement that EHIC forms accompany their travel insurance policy.
