Snowbird Ski Resort Guide

About the Resort

This resort suffers from a small and compact village centre. It is very muted at night and can feel deserted. It does have its plus points and those are its beautiful location and quality of powder snow. The area is prone to avanlanches and these often close the roads. It is close to Salt Lake City and although the buildings look stark they offer ski in ski out and are of a high quality and are within walking distance.
