Baggage troubles plauge even celebrity travellers using T5

While many travelers are frustrated and angry about the ongoing problems with their flights and luggage occurring in Terminal 5, supermodel Naomi Campbell raged. Unfortunately her anger earned her an arrest after officials removed her from her flight.

Since British Airways opened Heathrow’s newest terminal building last week, the airline has been reported to have lost 20,000 pecies of luggage. Campbell’s bags were amoung those lost when the model went to take a flight last week.

The model’s press agent said: : "She [Campbell] arrived in plenty of time at Heathrow Terminal 5 with two bags, checked them in, and told they were take [sic] the flight.

"Once on the flight, she was told one bag could not be found and was missing.

"British Airways decided to resolve this by insisting she leave the flight, calling the police, and forcibly ejected her from the flight.

"So far as we are aware, BA has still failed to offer any explanation as to why her bag went missing at Terminal 5."

A spokesperson from British Airlines would not confirm the model’s identity but did say: "Police were called to remove a passenger from a British Airways flight this afternoon."

Police stated that they had arrested a passenger who was suspected of assaulting an officer. One witness aid that she spat at a police officer. "She was screaming, 'Get off, get off, don't touch me - leave me alone'," the witness told The Sun.

Travelers are advised to take out travel insurance and contact their insurance company if the airline has problems locating their luggage.
