For festival lovers mourning the end of the Live 8 concerts, the Lollapalooza rock festival could be just the thing for them, particularly if they're part of the growing backpacking trend that is defining travel among the younger generations.

Originally a touring concert across the US, the music extravaganza comes annually to Chicago and provides audiences with two days of sheer indulgent rock.
