AGA International SA underwrite all our travel insurance policies which are administered in the UK by Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited.

Mondial Assistance is a member of the Allianz Group who is a world leader in offering Travel Insurance Assistance. Mondial have almost 10,000 employees across 28 countries worldwide. Mondial offer highly qualified medical experts to help and advise our customers if you require assistance whilst travelling abroad. They assist 3,500 customers every hour and during 2008 answered 40 million calls across their divisions.

Mondial are asked to assist in a medical situation an average 670,000 times each year and work around the clock with a team of multi lingual professionals.  Mondial has a team of 500 medical specialists including doctors who are continually evaluating healthcare locations in hospitals and clinics. There is special emphasis on areas traditionally popular with tourists but with a weaker history of healthcare provision to ensure travelers are given the best possible treatment when abroad.

In 2008 Mondial began their “In Flight Medical Support” which has so far evaluated 192 airports on a world wide basis for their suitability to assist.
